1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EmailValidator.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EmailValidator.io provides email validation services including:

  • Single email address validation
  • Bulk email validation
  • REST API for programmatic access
  • MX record checking
  • Disposable email detection

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to abuse or exploit the Service
  • Not use the Service to send unsolicited communications
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account (if applicable)

4. Rate Limits

The Service is provided with the following rate limits:

  • Web Interface: 100 validations per day per IP
  • API (Free): 10,000 requests per day
  • API Rate: 10 requests per second

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EmailValidator.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Validation results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL EmailValidator.io BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EmailValidator.io and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from or alleged to result from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EmailValidator.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
